Chef, Robuchon has raised the bar of fine dining in Vegas with his excellent flavor pallet, perfect presentation and overall dining ambiance.
The restaurant décor displays extravagant geomatical patterns, earthy plant tones, with a home-feel of lush purple and gold accents. There is a cozy garden terrace also available for seating. Words cannot do this French eatery justice, you’ll have to see for yourself.
Chef Robuchon is the winner of the Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond and Wine Spectator’s Grand Award in 2018. If you’re not sold yet, Chef Robuchon was ranked one of the highest ranked chefs in the world with over 30 Michelin stars in 2016.

OpenTable is a restaurant service company that allows people to make reservations at their favorite restaurants. Many restaurants across multiple states use the online service to help book up available tables.
Users are able to search under different criteria and book reservations for free. The criteria allows for date, time, how many guests and the location of the restaurant. Each restaurant once clicked upon shows written reviews from other diners, star reviews, photos of the food, popular dish recommendations, a short bio and more. The amount of detail under each restaurant allows for other diners to make up their own decision.
The company started out in 1998 in San Francisco, California and has since boomed into a multi-billion dollar company. Here are some key statistics on OpenTable.

- Over one million restaurant reviews are written monthly by diners like you.

The top 100 restaurants list comes from Open Tables 2022 data from over 13 million reviews across 47 unique cities and 21 states. OpenTables’ press release states, the data found that diners are eating out more frequently and not just on weekends. Diners are willing to spend 50 dollars or more per person when it comes to dining out which is an increase of 8% since 2019. Mondays and Tuesdays are becoming more popular as a 26-27% increase in booking reservations has taken place since 2021. Diners are starting to eat out earlier and are wanting to experience dining more often.
