A drunk guy in South Korea rammed his car into a store . . . and some people think it was intentional, because the owner refused to give him a plastic bag two months ago.
Police believe this store was targeted by the drunk man because of an altercation between him and the owner a while back. The drunk driver had asked the store owner for a plastic bag while at the store when buying ice cream and was refused.
Korea has passed a law that restricts the amount of plastic being used and the owner was abiding by that law. The man was enraged and spit on the owner. Because of this incident police believe this was a retaliatory crime and he faces harsher punishments.
