This is a darksided story. A 72-year-old grandma was killed in a freak accident that involves the wind and a Denny's restaurant sign.
A 2,600lb Denny's restaurant sign fell and crushed the car the grandma was in. The sign caused 'catastrophic' head wound killing the woman and also injuring the two other occupants of the car. The accident is currently under investigation but it is believed high winds caused the sign to fall.
