Britney Spears is not happy with her fans after they called the police to her house over concerns after she deleted her Instagram. Sources close to Spears told gossip website TMZ that the singer felt “annoyed” after the unexpected visit.

As we 2023/01/25/britney-spears-fans-call-police-to-her-home/, Ventura Co. police were called to do a welfare check on the "Hold Me Closer" singer's home to see if she was in any danger. Her fans believed her to be in serious danger, though Spears deletes her Instagram very often (seven times so far in the last year).

When deputies from the sheriff’s office went to check out Britney’s Thousand Oaks home, they determined there was no reason to believe she was in danger. It is unclear if they spoke to Britney directly, or if someone else assured them she was okay. However, Spears is now annoyed by the "inconvenience," though she understands her devoted fans were acting from a place of love.

Fans that called the police to check on Spears claimed she was posting "suspicious activity online." You can watch a video they uploaded to social media below:

Prior to deleting her Instagram, Spears shared a post slamming online trolls. She wrote: "Rational people... I had one of these and it disappeared!!! I could sit back and be like MOST and not give anyone anything to think about on Instagram... But interest is what serves most and being good!!! Being good can and will wrap things up in a seashell!!! Living the lavida loco life!!! It gets better because that's what I aim for!!! Keep coughing playas and just remember to watch your back!!! Or you might just get caught!!! Yep sucks to be me."

She concluded: "Keep talking s--- or maybe it will just rain from the sky!!! Giving someone I love my everything only gives me the dagger in the heart!!! So at this point... I generously serve you my s---... eat my s---."
