In West Virginia, a woman alleges that a man held her against her will for hours and did some terrible things to her.
The man accused is Sammy Joe Martz, he has been accused of hitting the woman in the face, burning her with a butane torch, and holding her against her will. The victim was found hiding under a neighbors porch after escaping out a window of Martz’s home.
While taking Martz into custody officers saw a substantial amount of methamphetamine and money in his apartment so further investigation continues. Martz was charged with kidnapping and further charges are expected once the investigation concludes.
