There's a 38-year-old guy in Fresno, California who just got arrested for the 10th time . . . in just ONE MONTH.
His name is He was a busy boy because he's now facing 18 felonies and 15 misdemeanors related to stealing six vehicles and DUI. His most recent arrest was for stealing a truck.
In addition he is also facing charges for vandalism, fraud, possession of a controlled substance, and more!
