Britney Spears’ Sons Might Move To Hawaii With Kevin: Report
Britney Spears’ two sons might be relocating to Hawaii with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. A source told ET Tuesday (May 16) that Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, sent a letter to Spears. The letter asks if she would be open to letting their sons move with their dad and stepmom, Victoria Prince.
Federline and Spears share sons Jayden James, 16, and Sean Preston, 17. The source added that if the singer objects to their plan, K-Fed is prepared to take it to court. Federline said Spears, 41, hasn’t seen her boys in over a year and that they were “very excited” to relocate. As the source said, such a drastic measure is unlikely to make it to court. The source said Spears would mostly likely accept their wishes.

Why would they want to move to Hawaii? The source said Federline has DJ opportunities there, and his wife has a job offer at a university there. Their sons are apparently ready to move sometime in July. Jayden will continue classes remotely, and Sean will have already graduated.
Kevin has sole legal custody over their sons. However, his lawyer said, “The law still requires you to get the consent of the other co-parent.” Kaplan added that he would file a petition in court if Spears doesn’t respond or refuses Federline’s request. “We would probably be filed in the next ten days or so. But I’m thinking that she will come to the right decision. [So] pursuing this by traditional decree is not going to be necessary,” Kaplan added.
Britney’s Response
Spears took to her Instagram Stories today, mentioning her sons. She posted a video with her husband Sam Asghari and one of his friends. Spears wrote, “My boys are at that awkward age I haven’t been able to shoot them for 4 years…” She added, “It was cool to make contact yesterday!!!”
