A TikTok'er has racked up over seven million views with her video explaining the "Instagram Thing."
Essentially it's when you're in a relationship with someone who refuses to show evidence online that you're dating.
They don't tell you why, and when pressed, they come up with vague excuses. But the real reason is because they want their whole network to think that they're single . . . and they want to keep their options open at all times.
