Incredible New Dining And Shopping Center Coming To Henderson

An exciting new outdoor, open-air, dining and shopping complex is being planned for Henderson. The Cliff at GVR is expected to open a year from now, in Spring 2025.

There is currently an aging, 100,000 square-foot office complex at 2500-2550 Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson. If you’re not familiar with the area, that’s located in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood.

Partners Capital recently purchased the property for $17.25 million dollars. They have exciting new plans to turn this office complex into an incredible open-air dining and shopping center.

Design plans include 25 retail spaces at The Cliff, as it will be known. Retail and culinary spaces range from 1,800 square-feet to 17,000 square-feet. All these spaces will open up to a unique central bar. Additionally, there will be a 26,000 square-foot open-air covered outdoor dining lounge.

It sounds like a great place to gather with friends, co-workers, business associates, and family. Design plans provided by CAST and AO Architects include “landscaped communal meetings spaces, live performance area, fire pits, kiosks, and public art installations.

If and when the City of Henderson approves these plans, construction is expected to begin the transformation of this office complex in October 2024. Owners are hoping to open to retailers and restauranteurs in Spring 2025.

The Cliff is expected to have “a curated collection of casual and fine dining craft-food restaurants.” In addition, you can expect to browse through boutique shops. Health and wellness uses are also included in plans for this new complex.

Furthermore, owners and designers believe The Cliff is in a perfect location for this type of open-air retail and dining center. In fact, they point out that there are over “300,000 people who live and work within a three-mile radius of the property.”

All in all, it sounds like an exciting new project. We can’t wait to see what The Cliff has to offer next year.

Durango Casino and Resort is Vegas' newest local destination. The Stations Casino is located directly across the 215 from IKEA sitting in front of the recently renovated work space, UnCommons. Overhead lighting is yellow hued to give ambiance which pairs well with the giant spacious windows for natural light.

The Eat Your Heart Out food hall is a cultural melting pot with delectable bites waiting to be feasted. Each business front displays unique architecture giving the allusion guests are ordering from other parts of the world. Cactus and small shrubberies are located around the hall to bring earthy tones to the space. The atmosphere feels welcoming and not clustered like many other food areas.

Foodies and food aficionados will be pleasantly surprised. Familiar dining spots arise from sister state, Los Angeles and other local 702 restaurants.
