Just what we needed: more streaming bundles. The latest addition to the lineup is a Disney+, Hulu, and Max combo. On Thursday (July 25) the bundle went on sale in the in the U.S. on any of the three streaming platforms’ websites.

How much will the streaming bundle cost?

According to Disney+, all qualifying new and existing subscribers can purchase the bundle for $16.99/month with ads and $29.99/month without ads. The streaming service mentioned that it’s a savings of up to 38.8% compared with the price of the services purchased separately (Disney+ Basic at $7.99, Hulu with ads at $7.99, Max With Ads at $9.99). You can save nearly 35% on the no-ads bundle compared with the regular monthly standalone prices (Disney+ Premium at $13.99, Hulu no-ads at $17.99, and Max Ad-Free at $16.99).

The bundle brings the three popular streaming services together all through a single monthly subscription while providing a wide selection of content from brands in entertainment, including ABC, CNN, DC, Discovery, Disney, Food Network, FX, HBO, HGTV, Hulu, Marvel, Pixar, Searchlight, Star Wars, Warner Bros., and more.

People can sign up for the Disney+, Hulu, and Max bundle only through direct-billed purchases on the Max, Disney+, or Hulu websites. Existing subscribers can switch from their current Max, Disney+, or Hulu plans to the bundle, but note that Hulu + Live TV and the Max Ultimate Ad-Free plan are not included in this bundle offer.

Variety reported in May that Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav said the bundle reflects a “restructuring of how people view content.”

“I went through a generation of disruption — not quite as big as this — but, you know, when my career started, when the cable business was a real disruption,” he said. “And as we look at what happens ahead, there likely will be a, you know, a restructuring of how people view content.”

Many people seem to be excited about the streaming bundle. “I've been waiting for this. Just upgraded to it from the Duo Bundle,” one person shared on social media. Someone else said, “Just upgraded myself, been waiting for this! About time!”

Another person expressed that they’re still “hanging on” to their “Hulu/Disney/espn+ bundle.” Much like this commenter, several people pointed out that the trio bundle doesn’t include ESPN+.

In March, Hulu launched on Disney+ combining them into one single app. Similarly, Showtime content is currently accessible on the Paramount+ app, requiring a separate subscription.
