The Rock Is Buying Las Vegas Free Drinks & Guac This Week

Dwayne ' The Rock ' Johnson has just announced his third annual 'Guac On The Rock' campaign. Which aims to support local restaurants by increasing their revenue and bringing in more tips for hospitality workers. The campaign does this by offering to reimburse patrons when they order guacamole with any Teremana® Tequila cocktail this week.

The campaign comes in time for Cinco de Mayo (May 5), as well as on The Rock 's birthday (May 2). Patrons who order guacamole and any Teremana® Tequila cocktail this week will be reimbursed for their order. Johnson is pledging to reimburse up to $10 per single order and up to $1million nationwide for the campaign.

Teremana® is an ultra-premium, small batch tequila founded in part by Johnson. It is distilled in handmade copper pot stills in the Jalisco highland mountains. The tequila comes in a blanco, reposado, and an añejo variety.

For the last three years, patrons have been having fun creating a cocktail with Teremana® that perfectly pairs with their guacamole of choice. Restaurant-owners appreciate the initiative because it came at a time when the Covid-19 pandemic was severely hurting the hospitality industry, and continues to support those workers.

In a press release, Johnson said that bringing people together for great food and cocktails, while also supporting restaurant workers, is the best way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. And that this campaign is a great way to show gratitude for all those workers do. Just another thing that makes The Rock rock.

In order to participate, patrons need to first order a guacamole dish and Teremana® cocktail between May 1 and May 7. Orders can be dine-in or carry-out. Then the patron can take a photo of the receipt and upload it directly to guacontherock.com. After that, the participant will be reimbursed via a Venmo account.

El Dorado's signature cocktails don't come with Teremana, but you can request it. The Cucumber Jalapeño or Creamsicle Margarita looks amazing. Any of the cocktails paired with their Tableside Guacamole is going to be awesome.

Besides the amazing guacamole dish and the Teremana margarita, you can enjoy live Mariachi and raffle prizes at this restaurant.
