Brunch is the best time of day because you get the option of choosing breakfast and lunch for one meal. Why pick between scrambled eggs and bacon with brown butter pancakes or a fried chicken sandwich on jidori bread when you can have both?

The consensus on brunch is that it officially starts at 11:00 a.m. and runs until about 3 p.m. That is a four hour window to awaken your inner hunger demons to come out and play.

Brunch Spot In Las Vegas: Fine Company

Downtown Summerlin is the upper echelon of shopping malls in Las Vegas and anyone that tells you different must live in Henderson. Just kidding.

The upscale outdoor shopping mall features many favorite stores including: Apple Store, Bath and Body Works, Macys and Lulu Lemon. They have a wide variety of dining choices with local hotspots like Maggiano’s, Public School 702 and True Food Kitchen.

There is a relatively newer restaurant in town called, Fine Company. Many mall frequents may know what we are talking about but if you don’t see below:

Breakfast + Lunch: Healthy Options

Fine Company feels very cozy on the inside with darker toned wood-panel walls and lots of grandiose foliage in the center of the room. The atmosphere is causal where workers on lunch or the occasional couple would come to dine.

The cashless restaurant is an elevated eatery with a focus on healthy plates. Chef Roy Ellemar is the mastermind behind the dishes while “focusing on the local community” states FineCompanyLV.com.

A few of their classic menu-items include:

Brunch Plates: Mom’s Banana Bread which features local wild flower honey, good butter and delicate sea salt.

Eggs & Friends: Breakfast Burger which features 6oz beef burger, new school American cheese, bacon, French toast bun, hash-brown, maple syrup and a sunny egg.

According to their website, FineCompanyLV.com, they also offer a luxurious ‘Golden Hour’ complimentary cocktail (Monday through Friday) on their patio from 6p.m. – 8p.m.

The food at Fine Company is very tasty, cooked-well and displayed perfect for post-worthy photos on social media.
