It's the week where we acknowledge the summer season is coming to a close, and soon people will start to feel the crisp autumn air cover the valley.
Every holiday weekend, Vegas ranks high on the "most visited" destinations in America. For this Labor Day, the most popular destinations include Seattle, Orlando, Anchorage, New York and Las Vegas, according to American Automobile Association.
So, if you plan to drive out to Las Vegas if you're from California, Utah, Arizona, etc. then be prepared to have some sort of relief. According to AAA, gas prices will be similar to last year. But, there are some concerns with gas prices rising due to hurricane season and the holiday weekend approaching.
Along with this expected number of tourists -- which our economy appreciates -- there will be some more congestion on the highway, especially if you're driving from Southern California.
According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, next Thursday around 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., drivers can expect the roads to be busier. The article states that Interstate 5 between Los Angeles and Bakersfield will be 88% higher than normal.
Labor Day weekend will see a plethora of amazing concerts and shows with marquees across the city sparkling with major names like Lady Gaga, Weezer, Erika Jayne, Jelly Roll, Jeff Dunham, Drake, Counting Crows, the B-52s and more -- just to name a few.
To sprinkle on this weekend of Las Vegas fun, the pool parties and night clubs will certainly be busy and fun with the expected number of tourists pouring in to Sin City. There will be free shows on Fremont, tons of immersive experiences and great gastronomic adventures with a wide variety of restaurants.

The main element of this attraction is that it takes you about 130 feet up into the air. You can enjoy drinks while soaking up the beautiful Las Vegas panoramic view.
Enjoy A Comedy Night At Bonkerz Comedy
Kick off the long weekend with a comedy show at Bonkerz Comedy Club - Henderson located in the Backyard on Water Street. Mike Charette will be headlining along with support from local comedian Josh Giordano. Charette has been seen on Amazon’s Laugh After Dark, The Lowdown and more. This will be a great show with side-splitting comedy to celebrate the upcoming holiday weekend.
Have A Karaoke Party With Your Friends
There are tons of fun karaoke bars. But one of our personal favorites is the Moonlight Karaoke Lounge in Henderson. The décor on the inside is futuristic and fun. The vibes are immaculate, and they offer private rooms for parties and guests. It's a great way to spend a weekend night if you're not looking to go out clubbing, of it you're fatigued of the Strip. Encore Beach Club is a staple when it comes to day and night parties. Dom Dolla, Marshmello, The Chainsmokers, Calvin Harris, Diplo are just a few DJs that plan to play at EBC during Labor Day weekend. Will this be pricey? Probably. But will it be worth it? Oh yes.
