Fontainebleau Las Vegas

The 23-year wait is officially over. You heard right, the highly anticipated 2.9+ billion dollar hotel and casino, Fontainebleau Las Vegas, opened last night December 14 at 12 a.m. (midnight). A private blue-ribbon cutting took place earlier in the afternoon to welcome the Miami Beach sibling resort. A special grand opening pre-party event took place hours before open with Vegas royalty, high rollers, journalists and a handful of select “influencers.”

Celebrities Who Attended Fontainebleau Grand Opening

Celebrities including, “The King Of Bringing Sexy Back”, Justin Timberlake, Canadian-American singer, Paul Anka, Country Superstar, Keith Urban, NFL Quarterback, Tom Brady, Entrepreneur and Reality TV Star, Kim Kardashian, Resident DJ John Summit, alongside a slew of other ritzy names partied amongst the Vegas skylight.

Showgirls dressed in dazzling white feathered outfits lined the front of the newly opened, Bleaulive Theater. The theater is three levels high with box level seating near the very top. Justin Timberlake broke ground on the newly glossed stage as he sang his heart out with fan-favorites including, “Can’t Stop the Feeling” and “Rock Your Body.”

The “The real star of the show”, as opening DJ John Summit said on his Instagram story, referring to the diva herself, Josephine The White Poodle. The well behaved mascot of the hotel and resort met with guests for photos. She graced cameras with her beautiful fur and sophisticated manners.

Attendees were dressed to the nines in cashmere suits and an array of sparkly gowns. One might say the color “blue” was seen throughout the multi-level hotel and casino.

Cirque du Soleil acts, blue “red” carpets and magical moments happened sporadically throughout the elevated extravaganza.

Dazzling and expressive doesn’t even begin to showcase what the Fontainebleau has to offer. The most decadent hand-picked arrangement of roses were placed in open doorways by master creative designer, Jeff Leatham. Talk about – Breathtaking.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas teamed up with the Rockwell group and David Grutman’s Groot Hospitality to bring their visions to life. This collaboration created restaurants including premiere steak restaurant, Papi Steak and upscale southeast Asian restaurant, Komodo. LIV LV is Vegas’ newest nightclub for sought-after musical entertainment, dancing and cheering future celebrations to come.

A dining commons includes opening dining concepts with options to choose from including, Capons, Roadside Taco, Miami*Slice, Nona, and Break.
