Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has been doing great both on and off the football field. The future Hall of Famer has been romantically linked with singer-songwriter megastar Taylor Swift. Swift was at his latest game Sunday, watching from his luxury box alongside his mom, Donna Kelce. After the game, the two were spotted leaving the stadium in Kelce’s car. Kelce also apparently rented out a restaurant for an intimate gathering with his friends and family, which Swift attended after the game.

Following Swift’s split with longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn, Swifties have vocalized their two cents when it comes to who she’s been connected to. When Swift, 33, was connected to the 1975's Matty Healy, fans were quick to reject him on social media, but with Travis, 33, her fan base seems to approve. Their approval has resulted in Kelce’s rise in popularity. He has gained over 300,000 new Instagram followers, a 400 percent increase in merchandise sales, and one of the NFL’s top-five selling jerseys, according to Joe Pompliano.

On Sunday (September 24), Kelce caught seven of eight targets for 69 yards and a score in Kansas City’s 41-10 win, per CBS Sports. Posting a highlight of the game to Instagram Tuesday, the comments section of his post was full of Swifties support. Someone hilariously wrote: “I’m your biggest fan (since Sunday).” Chimed in another, “LESSSS GOOOOO CHIEFSSSSS (Fan Since Sunday).” Another said, “‘Let’s f–ng goooo!’ *in my Taylor Swift voice*” Meanwhile, another Swiftie asked, “Travis what are your intentions with my mom?” Adding to the fun, Swifties started a TikTok trend filming reactions of their football-loving partners by telling them: “Taylor Swift put Travis Kelce on the map.”
A source tells People the pair are still in the “super, super early days” of getting to know one another. They add that they’re “having fun.” However, Swift met his parents for the first time over the weekend. According to the source, not only was everyone enjoying themselves, but the “I Knew You Were Trouble” singer was “super chill and low-key hanging out with his friends and family.”
