Over 5 Million Passengers Served In June; 3rd Highest Month Ever
June 2024 was another busy month at Harry Reid International Airport. Over 5 million passengers traveled into and out of LAS airport last month. That’s the third highest passenger handle in our local airport’s history.
LAS Airport Reports Back-To-Back High Passenger Totals
Not only was June the third biggest month in LAS history when it comes to the number of passengers served, but Harry Reid International Airport reports the previous month was even bigger.

That’s right, May 2024 figures show that over 5.2 million passengers traveled through LAS airport. That was the second biggest month on record according to press releases found on the Harry Reid International Airport website news page.
So, with that in mind, which month set the record at our city’s major airport? Well, we don’t have to look too far back in history. In fact, less than a year ago, the total monthly passenger handle at LAS topped 5.4 million travelers. That report on the Harry Reid Airport website points to October 2023 as the largest in history.
The Airlines Which Bring The Most Travelers Through LAS Airport
I scrolled down on the official press release for the June 2024 statistics on the Harry Reid Airport website to see which airlines are bringing the most travelers through our city.

As far as domestic carriers go, Southwest Airlines continues to lead the pack by a wide margin. They served close to 1.9 million passengers during June 2024 at LAS airport. Second place belongs to Spirit Airlines with over 730,000 travelers handled. Delta Airlines ranks third for that month with close to 470,000 passengers carried.
When it comes to international airlines, our neighbors to the north lead the way. Canadian carrier WestJet handled over 68,000 passengers. Air Canada was close behind in second serving over 54,000 travelers last month at LAS airport.
The overseas airline which dealt with the most Las Vegas passengers was British Airways. They handled over 49,000 LAS airport passengers in June 2024.

We all know planes have those headphone jacks for you to watch movies and shows. But, if you don’t have the classic headphones with the proper cable then you can’t hear anything. It’s the worst. In case you go somewhere with not enough outlets or need more plugs in a specific area, then this is perfect for you. I typically use stuff like this when I need more things plugged up at once. You know, flat irons, curling irons, speakers, phones, cameras, and whatever else I may be charging and need to be somewhat near me it’s the perfect thing to have.
