About Proper Eats Food Hall
Popular international choices in the Proper Eats Food Hall include London’s Seoul Bird. The restaurant, created by Food Network star Judy Joo, serves a modern Korean cuisine. Including their famous Seoul Chicken Sandwich. Los Angeles’s Wexler’s Deli is also on site. Serving up favorites like the famous “Macarthur Park” and other Jewish deli classics. There’s San Diego’s Temaki Bar, and New York’s Egghead.
Proper Eats also has several local eateries to choose from. Including Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki, Parm Famous Italian, Lola Burgers (host of the burger challenge) and Laughing Buddha. All surrounding a central bar area. Easy Donuts is also among the choices in the food hall, but it’s gets its own recognition. Because this donut shop is more than what it seems.
From 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.. guests can enjoy specialty donuts and craft coffee selections. But after the doors close, there’s more going on behind the scenes. From 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., it turns into Easy’s Cocktail Lounge. A hidden speakeasy playing post-modern jukebox music and delighting guests with periodic “show stoppers”.
