Tiësto, Headlining Practically Every Las Vegas Venue, Adds Super Bowl To List
It seems like the rules really don’t apply to Tiësto. Earlier this month, the legendary Dutch DJ announced he was headlining at multiple clubs across the Las Vegas Strip. Now he’s set to be the first “in-game DJ” in the history of the Super Bowl. Las Vegas does everything “extra”.

Leave the organ player at home. Tell the guy that plays “Vengaboys” to pack it in. Arguably the world’s greatest DJ is taking center stage and will be playing before and even during the Big Game when it kicks off February 11th at Allegiant Stadium.
That time during the commercial breaks will be wild. In between quarters? Absolutely insane. Sure, Usher has the Super Bowl Halftime Show, but all that time setting it up and breaking it down? Count on Tiësto to keep the energy up.
This should come as no surprise. Allegiant Stadium is known for doing things a little bit differently. The Las Vegas Raiders have a proper band that take the stage for every home game with special guests joining them. Sports in Las Vegas are less a game and more of an event.
Tiësto isn’t only breaking the rules at the Super Bowl
There had never been an in-game Super Bowl DJ until now. There had also never been a DJ that headlined clubs inside multiple Las Vegas venues at the same time. But the rules don’t apply to Tiësto.
He announced at the beginning of the month that he had signed a special multi-club residency with Tao Group Hospitality. This year he’ll be found at Wet Republic at MGM Grand, TAO Beach Dayclub at The Venetian, Omnia Nightclub at Caesars and the all new LIV and LIV Beach at Fontainebleau. Four different clubs. Four different casino owners. It is absolutely unheard of. Tiësto is that good.
No matter who plays in the Super Bowl this year, we’ll be the one raving in between the snaps.
